Airdrop Standard Terms and Conditions
• Certain users of Tycoon Universe (“Eligible Users”) may be eligible to receive free, automatic distributions of Properties and Land throughout the promo period, at the sole discretion of Tycoon App Game (“Tycoon”), in accordance with these Airdrop Standard Terms and Conditions (the “Airdrop Rules”) and Tycoon’s Terms of Use posted on the Tycoon website. Each such distribution is referred to as an “Airdrop”.
• Any properties or land received through Airdrop are to be considered under a leasing basis, it is intended to help
• Only use your personal accounts to invite and then claim Airdrops. If someone is found to have made use of bots or multiple accounts, they will have their account revoked and permanently banned from the game. Help us create a fair and fun community for everyone to enjoy!
• Tycoon reserves the right to cancel or amend these Airdrop Rules and the specifications, terms and conditions of any Airdrop at its sole discretion.
• By accepting the Airdrop, you represent that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Airdrop Rules and you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Airdrop Rules without limitation or qualification. You further agree that all decisions of Tycoon shall be final and conclusive.
• Tycoon at its sole discretion will determine the eligibility criteria for each Airdrop, including the amount of Airdrop to be distributed to Eligible Users that satisfy specified criteria. Different Eligible Users may receive different amounts of Airdrop in any particular Airdrop depending on the criteria determined by Tycoon for such Airdrop. Tycoon will have no obligation to notify users of Tycoon Universe of the eligibility criteria for any Airdrop prior to the execution of such Airdrop.
• In addition to any other eligibility criteria set forth in these Airdrop Rules or otherwise determined by Tycoon, to receive an Airdrop all participants must have invited two (2) individuals who have to register as well (a “Verified Account”). Bot and multiple accounts will be removed and banned.
• Tycoon reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any user that Tycoon deems ineligible for an Airdrop (be it under these Airdrop Rules or by having engaged in a conduct that Tycoon considers inappropriate or unacceptable).
• Properties and Land will be credited to each Eligible User’s Verified Account on a date and time determined by Tycoon.
• Airdrops are not transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted.
• Tycoon decisions in any matter in relation to Airdrop are final and conclusive. Tycoon will not entertain any requests for appeal or review.
• All Airdrops are governed by the laws of Malaysia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
